Rhythm & Blues Foundation

Rhythm and Blues 365Welcome to Rhythm and Blues 365! There are many rhythm and blues organization across the nation that help to raise awareness and monetary support for the music genre.

One such foundation is the Rhythm & Blues Foundation which was started in 1988 and is a non-profit organization. The foundation is based in Pennsylvania and is dedicated to the rhythm and blues artists and fans.

The goal of the foundation is to help financially and medically to those in the rhythm and blues community. They also help educate others about the music genre as well as encourage the art of music in all.

Rhythm and Blues 365 - Blues Hall of Fame

Rhythm and Blues 365Welcome to Rhythm and Blues 365! The genre of music called "the blues" inspired the genres of jazz, rock and roll, bluegrass, hip-hop and many others. There are many blues artists who have been inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame. Here is a list of some of the first members that were put in the hall of fame when it was started in 1980 :

Rhythm and Blues 365 - Great artists

Rhythm and Blues 365Welcome to Rhythm and Blues 365! There are so many amazing rhythm & blues artists out there - some have been around for quite a long time and others are just getting started in the genre of music.

Many recognize Louis Jordan as a pioneer of rhythm and blues music. His well-known songs like "Saturday Night Fish Fry" and "Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby" were fun, upbeat songs that made him popular.

Jackie Wilson was another rhythm and blues artist who made some amazing music. He didn't live a very long life, but he made a big impact on the world of rhythm and blues.

Rhythm and Blues 365 - Great Blues Albums of '07

Welcome to Rhythm and Blues 365! There have been some wonderful albums that have been released recently by contemporary blues artists. The album entitled Raw by artist Bobby Rush who plays guitar and the harmonica as he plays some beautiful music.

The single on the album "What's the Use" is a great song. Also recently released is the album entitled Old School by artist Koko Taylor. After being sick recently she came back with this album singing her heart out.

The song "Piece of a Man" is a great one. Also released in 2007 is the album entitled High Country Blues by artist Harrison Kennedy.
